Ewa Beach artist Pancho Abalos showcased his J-POP-inspired urban art at Prototype in Pearlridge Center on Saturday. The showing featured a silent auction with items donated by Pancho and other local artists, including Loading Zone’s Chanel Tanaka, with proceeds going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Entertainment and music was provided by emcee Prie and DJ Yogurt.
The art will be on display in the Pearlridge Prototype store through Sept. 10. Here’s Melissa Chang’s video blog about him.
