Japan came to Honolulu at Friday’s ARTafterDARK Tokyo Story at the Honolulu Museum of Art. The venue was packed wall to wall with fans of Asian culture, who were treated to kendo exhibitions, calligraphy workshops, manga artists and a Harujuku costume photo booth. Partygoers cut loose to the latest J-pop music, provided by DJs Kevin and Curtis, while refreshments with a definite Japanese flair were served by Town restaurant.
