Honolulu Magazine announced the winners of its 2013 Hala Aina Awards Sunday night at a ceremony at Royal Hawaiian Hotel, then held a lavish outdoor soiree with guests tasting dishes from several of the city’s top restaurants. This year celebrated the 29th anniversary of the awards, which recognizes Hawaii’s best restaurants. Here’s a list of the winners.
