Ringer Hut (42 of 51)
With a sign in the door like this, what's left to tell you? First, it's where Menchanko-Tei used to be in Waikiki. Second, this is a Japanese chain specializing in the well-described Nagasaki champon noodles, plus ramen, izakaya-style dishes and a pretty killer tonkatsu. If you're curious about the top sellers in Japan, go for the champon and the crispy deep-fried noodle dish topped with tons of sauteed veggies that Ringer Hut calls "sara-udon." — Mari Taketa
