Lunch at the Loi (2 of 14)
For weeks, Mark Noguchi and the team at Papahana Kuaola hunted for frogs in the streams and lo‘i for his fried frog legs dish served at Lunch at the Lo‘i Thursday afternoon.
Many were hesitant to try it at first, but they all soon discovered a tasty and tender meat coated with hot sauce.
