Here's Kathy in the commercial kitchen where all her baking takes place. If you're lucky, she'll have these s'mores at Eat the Street — homemade graham crackers (heart-shaped, because revenge is sweet) topped with dark chocolate and a bruleed, melty homemade chocolate marshmallow.
