Dishing up pies both savory and sweet, Honolulu’s newest food truck debuts tonight at Eat the Street Chocolate, from 4-9 p.m. at 805 Ala Moana Boulevard. For more information about this month’s food truck and street food event, see our ETS guide.

    Wow it all looks good!  Hopefully I can get at least one thing from them.  I think I want to try that lemon meringue too.   But that chicken pot pie is very tempting…

    so much for the Chinese idea that revenge is a dish best served cold. chicken pie is on my radar now. hope i can find one as good here. (is a ‘private moment’ kinda like, oh what’s that thing called, begins with ‘O’?)

    Even some inorganic compounds are sweet, including beryllium chloride and Lead(II) acetate. The latter may have contributed to lead poisoning among the ancient Roman aristocracy: the Roman delicacy sapa was prepared by boiling soured wine (containing acetic acid) in lead pots.
