One of the wildest fun runs in the world was muted extensively last year, when longtime sponsor ING pulled out due to community complaints about drunkenness, lewd acts, and runners relieving themselves in people’s yards. Print shop Zazzle stepped up to save the day, and I’m glad to report that Bay to Breakers is back in full force.
The weather was nice yesterday, so there were more nudists out than I can remember in recent years. (Don’t forget, in San Francisco, you can be naked, but you can’t be drunk.) Also, there were a lot more people smoking weed on the course than I can remember. (Don’t forget, in California, you can get marijuana for “medicinal purposes.”)

I also did a quick little video of stuff we saw on the run that couldn’t be captured only in photos, like the house parties, or the annual running of the salmon. It’s a little choppy, but I hope you like it.
