Whether you’ve been to Eat The Street or not this year, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce you to some of the people and food behind the trucks. I wandered the food truck rally on Friday to say hello to some of them before it got too busy … and before I got too full.

Follow Poni Askew (@StreetGrindz), who pulls these events together month after month, as she re-tweets the trucks throughout the week and can tell you what they’re all about.

i wasn't wandering aimlessly, i was WORKING, which means i was snapping pics and sending them directly from my phone to nonstophonolulu for on-the-spot uploading to the live photo gallery from eat the street, when i was accosted by a microphone and videocam. Annoddah_Dave is right, i am the ethan hunt of fuud.
