We got to spend some time with the Madre Chocolate team for a special blessing and celebration at their new Chinatown space. Co-owners Dave Elliott and Nat Bletter opened their second location with a retail shop in front and a cafe in back. The retail portion of the store is scheduled to open Tuesday, Nov. 5.

You can find the new shop across the street from HASR Wine Co. and Bistro on the mauka side of Pauahi Street. There are some street parking stalls as well as paid parking at Mark's Garage and the Chinatown municipal lots.
