Pastry chef Ed Morita has spent the last 10 years working at some of the best resorts and restaurants in the country. He has since applied his knowledge and experience gained from working at the Halekulani Hotel, The Greenbrier Resort & Spa, Bay Harbor Yacht Club, and Longhi’s Restaurant Ala Moana into his new career as a freelance food writer, photographer and blogger.
