Thousands of revelers dressed in green packed the streets to celebrate at the 26th annual St. Patrick’s Day Block Party, hosted by Murphy’s Bar & Grill in Chinatown. The brewers of Guinness have declared it “the single biggest St. Patrick’s Day party any one bar throws in the United States,” and people from all over the world attended the festivities, which started at 11 a.m. with the opening of Murphy’s and wrapped up at 10 p.m. with people moving to the clubs.
