Friends and fans of glam photographer/promoter Russell Tanoue came out to wish him happy birthday and support a charitable cause

Pearl was crowded Saturday night with friends and fans of glam photographer/promoter Russell Tanoue, who threw another of his now famous birthday parties for charity. Proceeds from this year’s party, attended by some of the island’s most prominent socialites, fashion industry folks, actors, actresses and VIPs, went to benefit Russell’s Project Shine, a program which supports those facing medical or financial hardships with makeovers, photo shoots and financial support.
