Masked partygoers crowded the streets of the Chinatown Arts District for the annual Mardi Gras street festival

Nonstop’s Tracy Chan and Eric Baranda took to the streets to bring you the crazy, colorful scene as masked partygoers crowded the Chinatown Arts District for the annual Mardi Gras street festival, which included five outdoor stages of Samba, African, funk, Latin and Cajun live music and DJs, food, floats and roaming entertainment.
