Cocktail aficionados gathered on Tuesday at Pearl to watch Bombay Sapphire gin and GQ Magazine’s Most Inspired Bartender Competition, as a who’s who of the best bartenders on the island went head-to-head. Special guest judge was Bombay’s brand ambassador, Duggan McDonnell, who conceived and operates Cantina, the San Francisco saloon dedicated to Latin Spirits and California cocktails, joined by Christie Wilson from the Star-Advertiser, Martha Cheng from Honolulu Mag and Hawaii Beverage Guide publisher Chris Teves.
Congratulations to Justin Park of Manifest for creating the winning entry! Justin will move on to Vegas to take part in the national competition.
