Plans are underway for the 2013, but before things go into full swing, the organizers and sponsors gathered at the Ka’Ikena Restaurant at Kapiolani Community College for a reception to thank those who helped to make the 2012 festival a huge success.
At the gathering, event co-chairs Roy Yamaguchi and Alan Wong awarded $210,000 raised by the festival in partnership with the visitor industry to five nonprofit organizations.
